About Product

The Rosetta HSM Family:

The family of Rosetta HSM includes the Rosetta Micro Series II and Series III. Micro Series II and Series III are embedded in many other SPYRUS products such as our Windows To Go Live Drives and are ideal for custom applications. Their compact size makes them the perfect choice for small devices such as computers, cell phones, PDAs, wired and wireless routers, point-of-sale and gaming terminals, set-top boxes, industrial control devices voting systems and new Internet of Things devices.

Other Rosetta HSM products offered by SPYRUS include:

  • Rosetta Micro Series II and Series III: Embedded HSMs ideal for custom applications and devices with size constraints (computers, cell phones, PDAs, routers, point-of-sale terminals, industrial control devices, etc.).
  • Rosetta SDHC/microSDHC Card: Combines standard secure digital (SD) storage with hardware security features. Available in two configurations:
    • PKI configuration: For public key infrastructure use.
    • TrustedFlash™ configuration: Hardware-based AES-256 encryption for strong data protection.
  • Rosetta Series II and Series III USB: Reader-less smart card devices storing authentication information, data, digital identity keys, and certificates. Plug-and-play functionality.
  • Rosetta Series II and Series III Smart Card: ISO 7816-compliant public key, multi-application smart cards offering high-assurance security techniques.

Key Features of Rosetta HSMs

  • Algorithm Support: Designed to evolve with changing cryptographic requirements, supporting various algorithms including RSA, AES, SHA, elliptic curve cryptography (ECC).
  • Enhanced Security: True hardware-based random number generation, FIPS 140-2 Level 3 validation (some models).
  • Tamper Resistance: Tamper-resistant and tamper-evident designs.
  • Applications: Supported use cases like secure document transmission, non-repudiation, electronic signatures, single sign-on, secure master key storage, code signing, and more.
  • Microsoft Windows Compatibility: Compatibility with various Windows operating systems.
